About the Book
Voices Across Time creates a powerful opportunity for young people to place themselves within this shared history, connecting the lessons of the past with their hopes for the future. Through their words, they remind us that remembrance is an ongoing responsibility, that progress depends on the voices of every generation, and that youth leadership is essential to building a more peaceful world.
We are deeply grateful to the Lao PDR for championing youth voices and creating spaces where young people can share their stories, contribute their ideas, and help shape conversations about peace, justice, and a world free from the harm caused by cluster munitions.
As each day passes, the wars in Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam risks fading further from collective memory. This makes it all the more important to pass these histories forward, ensuring that younger generations understand the lasting consequences of conflict and feel empowered to carry this legacy forward.

We are incredibly excited to celebrate the contributions of five of our very own Advocacy Ambassadors to this powerful book published at the historic Third Review Conference in Vientiane, Laos: "Voices Across Time: Message to the Past and the Future! "
Our very own Nicole Capaldo, Jonathan Lam, Murphy Nosanchuk, Lucas Sadoul, and Taryn Sebba are among the young voices featured in this meaningful project, sharing their hopes, reflections, and aspirations for the future of the Convention on Cluster Munitions. We could not be prouder to see our Advocacy Ambassadors bringing their perspectives, experiences, and ideas to a conversation that spans generations.
