My Story
My name is Gabriela Garlo (she/her), and I am a current first-year law student at the University of Dayton School of Law. I became involved with Legacies of War through my work at the University of Dayton Human Rights Center. Through my work with LOW and The HALO Trust USA, I have become incredibly passionate about advocating for demining efforts across the globe. As the daughter of an immigrant, I plan to become an immigration lawyer and continue advocating for human rights.
