September 27, 2007, marked the historic National Premiere of the Legacies of War Traveling Exhibition in Cambridge, MA at the Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center. Guests came from across the country to join the opening reception festivities, which included performances by Rhode Island-based Laotian traditional dancers and a sneak preview excerpt of Refugee Nation. The evening opened with a blessing ceremony performed by monks from Wat Buddhabhavana, a temple in Massachusetts.

The National Premiere of the Legacies of War Preview Exhibition was launched on May 13, 2006 at ArtXchange Gallery www.artxchange.org. The night included a Legacies of War benefit reception and celebrated the Gallery in its new trendy Pioneer Square location.
