Join the Legacies of War Postcard Campaign to Restrict the Use of Cluster Munitions!

Urge your U.S. Senators to support the Cluster Munitions Civilian Protection Act which would prohibit the use, sale, and transfer of U.S. bombs for civilian-populated areas.  Legacies of War’s goal is to collect and submit at least 4,837 postcards to Congress by the end of this summer to symbolize the 4,837 people in Laos who have been killed or injured by cluster bomblets – 40% of them children.
